Upgrade e-mail server and client software organization-wide -- Jan. '01

Add secondary post office -- July '01
Move secondary post office to Windows NT server -- Aug '01
Note: This plan, based on an actual e-mail installation for 250 users, required less than one hour by one staff member to develop.
